Josie meets her namesake
Josie is named after one of the sweetest woman in the world, my grandmother, her great-grandmother. My grandmother's name is Margaret Josephine (affectionally known as Marjo, or Gigi around our house) and it was an honor to be able to give our daughter that name as well.

Adrienne is one of my closest friends in the world and our kids are very special to each other. So it was sweet to see her kiddos so interested in Josie even though they'd just met her.

Little Miss Josephine Rose was born on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 2:27 pm. She weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long and was born with a full head of dark brown hair. Praise be to our Awesome God!
