Much To Be Thankful For...

This year for Thanksgiving we made the trip down south to humid Houston. We had such a wonderful time with our family but the highlight of our trip was getting to meet our newest niece, Jillian Renae. She's a beauty for sure and reminds us so much of sister when she was a newborn. It was very special after a month of waiting, to have all the little Reed girls together. Maia and Lauren played so well together the entire time. It's hard to believe that next year Josie and Jillian will be doing the same!

Pumpkin Day Party 2009

Maia had a party at her school - complete with decorating baby pumpkins and "Pin the Mouth on the Pumpkin."


I guess not only did they not want her to see, but didn't think she should breathe either.


But that didn't stop her from being only one of two to actually get the mouth on the pumpkin (and not the wall)


And she was super excited!!

Since there was an empty spot in the reading circle, Josie decided to join in...

Awana's Trunk or Treat

This wasn't Josie's real costume, but it was super cute so she wore it once. :)

Little Josephine got her first trim on her curly locks. She was such a big girl and overall did very well. She made her hairstylist mother very proud!

Words cannot express how much I love these two little girls. They are truly a priceless gift from my Heavenly Father and I'm so blessed and grateful to be called their mother.

Pumpkin Patch 2009

Maia's Preschool class got to go to the St. Luke's Pumpkin Patch here in town. It was a beautiful and day (unlike last year when they went) and all the kiddos had a terrific time. Josie enjoyed herself as well!
